You can start innovating by asking this simple question: \u201cHow do I serve my clients even better?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>If you are looking to serve and add more value to your clients you have to understand the basic human behaviour. Fundamentally, we are all the same. We share the same drivers that create our needs. In reality, your client is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Greedy<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Impatient<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Lazy<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Vain<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Whoa! Hold on\u2026 isn\u2019t it rude to call our clients that?!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>To illustrate\u2026<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Would you prefer to have ten dollars over a million dollars? The obvious answer is no, you would take the million dollars anytime. Gee\u2026 that\u2019s sounds greedy.<\/li>\n<li>Would you prefer that million dollars be given today or in 12 months\u2019 time? Definitely now.<\/li>\n<li>Would you like me to deposit the money for you or should I give you a check to bring to the bank yourself and wait for it to clear? Cash in bank of course! See\u2026 you are impatient.<\/li>\n<li>Would you like me to tell you how great you are and how much I value our relationship while I hand you the million dollars? A kind word won\u2019t hurt, right? You are as vain as anybody else.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Again, basically when it comes to business people can be greedy, impatient, lazy and vain. Use these intrinsic human behaviour to create improvements and innovations to address the needs created by these drivers.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>As people are greedy \u2013 give them more than what they expect<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Since people are impatient \u2013 deliver as quickly as possible<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>As people are lazy \u2013 make it easier for them every time<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>And of course appeal to their vanity to make them feel good with the process<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Making improvements in your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thevoicerealm.com\/voice-over-jobs-online.php\">voice over business<\/a> and how you serve your clients better isn\u2019t that complicated, however it isn\u2019t necessarily easy either. You have to be creative and resourceful. You have to challenge the status quo. Break the unbroken.
