Fifteen years, and here to stay

We started where we always start: how has The Voice Realm compared to what came before? Irene didn’t need long to answer.

“The Voice Realm sends more auditions than other sites I’ve experienced.”

Irene Ziegler

And it isn’t only about the volume of castings. Some of the clients she has met here keep coming back.

“I have repeat customers with on-going projects, so I’m here to stay.”

Irene Ziegler

Easy to use, and always something new

Ask Irene what she loves most about working through the site and she starts with the basics.

“The website is user friendly and uploading is easy.”

Irene Ziegler

Then she goes further. Over the last few months we’ve added help for voice actors outside the auditions themselves, from building a personal website to getting the most out of their demos. Irene has noticed.

“I love recent offerings like help with personal website construction and suggestions for optimizing my voiceover samples.”

Irene Ziegler

The job that means the most

We asked Irene for a favourite booking. Her answer wasn’t about the biggest brand or the biggest fee. It was about who the work helps.

“At the moment, it’s an e-learning blog that assists people with low vision. I feel like I’m helping people and I like that.”

Irene Ziegler

For a listener with low vision, a clear, warm voice is not a nice extra. It’s the way in. That’s work worth being proud of.

The clients

Our shortest question got one of our favourite answers. What’s it like working with the clients she’s met here?

“Almost always an absolute pleasure.”

Irene Ziegler

Fifteen years of real jobs, and that’s the verdict. We’ll take it.

Help in seconds

Which part of the site makes Irene’s work easier? Not the tools, not the castings. The people.

“Chat assistance! If I have a question, a live agent joins within seconds, and is always helpful and supportive.”

Irene Ziegler

© The Voice Realm

Our support team reads every word of that, and it means a lot to them. A real person, on the other end, straight away. That’s exactly how we want it to feel.

Her advice for new voice actors

Finally, we asked what she’d tell a voice actor thinking about joining. Irene kept it to two sentences.

“I’ve been working here for over 15 years. Two thumbs up.”

Irene Ziegler

After fifteen years, we couldn’t have put it better ourselves.

In short
