Why do recordings arrive dry by default?
Because most clients have an editor, a producer or a station who wants the untouched take to mix themselves. Dry is the professional default. If nobody downstream is going to touch it, add production and it arrives finished.
Can you add music to my voice over?
Yes. Send the track you have licensed, or ask for royalty-free, and the voice comes back mixed and levelled under it. Music is not included unless you add production.
Can I get one file per slide or prompt?
Yes. Number the sections in your script and production delivers one named file per section, in the format your phone system, LMS or app expects.
Do I need to hire a studio?
No. Every voice on the roster records in a professionally treated home studio and production is done on the same files. There is no studio hire and no hourly engineering clock; the price is on the rate card before you book.
