Voice Acting & Talent Directory Terms
Last updated September 10, 2026. These terms are between you and The Voice Realm LLC.
The short version
- The Voice Realm is a marketplace. Clients hire voice talent through the site at the published rate card, and talent record and deliver through the site.
- Everything stays on the site: auditions, messages, files, payment. Nobody swaps contact details, and nobody takes work off the platform for a year after being introduced here.
- Audition recordings are for choosing a voice, nothing else. Paid recordings are licensed for the use the client paid for.
- No recording, demo or audition may be used to train, clone or generate an AI voice unless the talent and The Voice Realm have both agreed in writing.
- Clients pay before recording starts. Talent are independent contractors, paid through the site after a job closes.
- If a first recording isn't right, our Satisfaction Guarantee lets the client choose another voice.
- You're responsible for what you upload. We don't claim any rights in demos, music, scripts, logos or brands that belong to others, and we aren't responsible for what anyone does by misusing content taken from the site.

1. Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between The Voice Realm LLC ("The Voice Realm", "we", "us" or "our") and each person who uses thevoicerealm.com or any other website we operate (the "Website"). You may be:
- a voice talent selling recording services ("Talent");
- a talent agency acting for one or more Talent (an "Agency"); or
- a person or business buying voice talent services (a "Client").
Together, Talent, Agencies and Clients are "Users" or "you".
By creating an account, asking for a quote, posting a job, submitting an audition or otherwise doing business with us, you confirm that you have the authority to enter this agreement and that you have read, understood and agree to it. If you don't agree, please don't use the Website.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms. Where a particular service has its own rules or guidelines, those apply as well.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes don't apply to a booking that was already in progress when the change was made.
2. What The Voice Realm provides
The Voice Realm is an online marketplace where Clients find, audition, hire and pay voice Talent, and where Talent audition for, record and deliver that work. We provide the platform, the published rate card, the messaging and file delivery tools, and payment handling. The recordings themselves are made by independent Talent.
The Website and its services are provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website, and remove content, at any time. We'll give notice where we reasonably can, and we work hard to keep the Website reliable, but we can't accept liability for the timing, removal, loss or inaccuracy of information on it.
3. Your account
To use most of the Website you need an account. When you register you agree to give accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 to hold an account. Talent under 18 may only be listed through a parent, legal guardian or Agency who accepts these terms on their behalf.
Company accounts
If an account is registered for a business, only people that business has authorised may use it. Anyone using a company account is treated as having the business's authority to book, license and pay, and the business is bound by what they do. Each authorised person should register their own email address on the account.
Agencies
An Agency that registers a Talent confirms it has full authority to represent that Talent, to give us their details (including a parent or guardian's consent where the law requires it), and to agree to these terms on their behalf, including the content licence in section 7. If a Talent tells us they are no longer represented by an Agency, we'll either pass the account to another Agency or close it, as the Talent (or their parent or guardian) directs.
Your password
Keep your password private and hard to guess. Tell us straight away at support@thevoicerealm.com if you think your account has been accessed by someone else. You're responsible for what's done through your account until you tell us. We'll help you secure it, but we can't be liable for losses caused by someone else using it.
Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time. Bookings already in progress still need to be completed or settled under these terms.
4. Privacy, quotes and email
How we collect and use personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
If you ask us for a quote or an estimate without holding an account, we collect the details you give us, such as your name and email address, so we can send you what you asked for. If you tick the box agreeing to hear from us, we may also email you from time to time about our voice over services and other services we offer. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails, or by contacting us.
Account holders receive emails about their jobs, auditions and castings. Those are part of the service and can't be switched off while you have an open booking.
5. How you use the site
You're responsible for everything done through your account and for complying with the law wherever you are. You agree that you won't:
- post or send anything unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or anything that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
- upload viruses or other harmful code, or try to interfere with, overload or break into the Website;
- impersonate anyone, misrepresent who you're associated with, or disguise where content came from;
- collect or harvest information about other Users;
- use the Website to send spam, chain letters or unsolicited advertising, or to promote any product or service without our written permission;
- give your contact details (full name, email address, phone number, messaging handle or similar) to a Client or Talent through the casting, audition, messaging or scripting tools, or ask for theirs.
We can't review everything posted on the Website, but we may edit, reject or remove any content, and we may decline any job posting, at our discretion. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you post.
6. Keeping work on the site
The Voice Realm introduces Clients and Talent to each other. In return, both sides agree to keep the work here:
- For one year after a booking or audition, a Client and a Talent introduced through the Website must not deal with each other for voice work outside the Website, and Talent must not solicit work from a Client they became aware of here.
- Talent must never reveal their contact details to a Client. A Client may only share contact details after paying for and hiring a Talent, and only so they can give live direction for that recording.
- All jobs must be completed through the Website, including messages, files and payment.
Messages, files and other communication between Clients and Talent on the Website may be monitored for attempts to take work off the platform, and we may remove messages that try to start contact outside the Website before a Talent has been hired. We may remove any User from the Website at any time. We aren't responsible for paying a Talent's agent, manager or other representative for work booked here.
7. Content talent put on the site
By adding content to the Website as an approved Talent (for example demos, photos, bio text and audition recordings) you:
- grant The Voice Realm a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive licence (including any moral rights or other rights needed) to use, display, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, sub-license, promote, archive, translate and make derivative works and compilations from that content, in any medium now known or later developed, for the purpose of attracting Clients to the Website and any other website The Voice Realm LLC owns or operates;
- confirm you hold all the rights needed to grant that licence; and
- accept that we may decline to publish, or may remove or block, any content at any time and for any reason.
Some Clients commission work for use in perpetuity (a "Perpetuity Job"). For those, you authorise The Voice Realm to sell your recording on your behalf as a work for hire or, where the law doesn't treat it as one, to assign all rights in the recording, free of any claims, to the Client.
Demos, music and other people's material
Demos often contain music, sound effects, brand names or excerpts from finished productions the Talent has voiced. You are solely responsible for everything in your demos, photos and profile, and for holding or clearing whatever rights that material needs. By uploading it you confirm that you own it, have permission to use it, or are otherwise legally entitled to use it in a demo, and that your photo is one you have the right to use.
With thousands of demos on the Website we aren't able to check the rights behind each one, so we rely on you for that. The Voice Realm claims no copyright or other right in a demo or in any music, script, production or brand it contains, and makes no representation that any excerpt in a demo is licensed or permitted. Demos are hosted on the Website as content supplied by Talent. If a rights holder objects to a demo we'll act on it, which may mean removing the demo without notice (see section 17), and we may close the accounts of Talent who repeatedly upload material that infringes someone's rights.
Your profile
Every Talent must include a photo of themselves in their profile. Talent must not use their full name in images, logos, messages, bios, audio files or file names anywhere on the Website, other than in their private settings and for payment. Only your mother tongue languages, dialects and accents may be selected unless we approve otherwise. Everything you upload must be your own natural voice; see section 12.
8. Auditions and castings
Recordings made through the audition and casting tools exist only to help a Client decide whether a voice suits a job. They must never be used for anything else, and never without paying the Talent and The Voice Realm for a proper booking.
The rate shown on a casting notice is an estimated rate. The Client sets it against the job as they picture it on the day they post. If the script is cut, or the usage changes, the fee for the eventual booking follows the rate card for what is actually recorded and used, which may be less or more than the estimate.
Castings close 14 days after they're posted, or when the Client hires. Private auditions close after 14 days without a message from the Client, and in any case 30 days after they open. Once closed, an audition or casting is complete.
Clients agree not to use an audition recording in any finished work. Talent agree that Client scripts are confidential and protected by copyright and will not share them with anyone.
9. Bookings, recording and delivery
Clients book Talent through the Website at the rates on our rate page. Every Talent listed on the Website agrees to record at those rates. All fees are paid to The Voice Realm in advance unless we've agreed otherwise in writing, and Talent should not deliver audio inside a paid booking until the Website confirms that payment has been received.
Audio delivered to Clients must be of broadcast quality. Until a Client has approved and paid for the final file, Talent may supply files below broadcast quality.
Your script and materials
A Client who supplies a script, brief, reference audio, video or other material confirms that they own it or have the right to have it recorded, and that it is lawful and doesn't infringe anyone's rights. The Client is responsible for how the finished recording is used, including any advertising standards, regulatory, clearance or union requirements that apply to their production, wherever it runs. The Voice Realm and the Talent record what the Client supplies and aren't responsible for its content.
Getting the read right
Before recording a full script, Talent should offer a few short samples in different styles so the Client can choose a direction. For each booking of a script under 750 words, the Client may ask for up to three complete recordings. If the Client is still not satisfied after three, a re-record fee of 50% of the booking applies to further full recordings, or the applicable revision rate applies to individual lines.
For scripts between 750 and 10,000 words, a 50% re-record fee applies once the first recording has been delivered without live direction. Re-records of individual lines are charged at the revision rates on the rate page. Where the Client directs the session live, each additional session is charged at 50% of the original booking.
Re-records caused by the Client not supplying pronunciations before recording are charged at revision rates for the lines affected. One script change of fewer than five words per booking is free. Revision rates don't apply to TV or radio commercials that have already aired.
Special requirements
- Jobs that require lip syncing carry an additional 100% of the base rate.
- Bookings that need multiple sessions over a period of time must be booked in sessions of at least 15 minutes of finished audio.
- Talent under 16 attract a $50 loading fee for each hour of audiobook recording. Where a Talent is a minor, the parent, guardian or Agency who listed them is responsible for any work permits, trust accounts or other child performer requirements that apply where the minor lives.
- Where a Talent travels to a Client's studio, a minimum two hour session fee applies. Where a Talent is directed remotely (by phone, video call, Source-Connect, ipDTL or similar), the minimum is one hour.
Cancellations
If a Client cancels a booking of under 750 words because they no longer need the recording, they must sign a document confirming the audio will never be used and has been destroyed. A $50 session fee (where the Talent had not auditioned for the job) or 50% of the booking (where the Talent had auditioned through a casting or private audition) is deducted from the refund and paid to the Talent.
For projects over 750 words that have been recorded in full, a 50% refund applies if the Client decides after an audition that the Talent isn't suited to the project.
If a Client deems a recording unusable because the Talent failed to follow direction, meet the audio quality standard or meet the deadline, the Client is entitled to a refund less a $50 session fee, after signing a non-usage document confirming the audio will never be used and has been destroyed.
If a Talent becomes unavailable or unresponsive for revisions, so that the original recording can't be completed because the voice can't be matched, the Client signs the same non-usage document and the Talent is paid a session fee only, in line with the cancellation rates.
If both the Client and The Voice Realm agree that delivered audio is below standard, a re-record is offered first, then a full refund. If they don't agree, a 50% refund applies after the non-usage document is signed.
Deadlines and late delivery
A recording delivered after the deadline the Client set has 10% deducted from the booking rate for each 24 hour period it is late, up to a maximum of 50% of the booking rate. That deduction is passed on to the Client.
When a job closes
A paid job closes when the Client marks it closed and approved, or automatically after 14 days without activity from the Client. Each message or file the Client sends to the Talent starts a fresh 14 days. Regardless of activity, jobs under 50,000 words close 30 days after booking and jobs over 50,000 words close 60 days after booking. Once closed, the recording is final. Further changes within 30 days of the original booking must be booked as revisions at the rate page revision rates. After 30 days, new recordings are booked as a new project.
10. The Satisfaction Guarantee
Where a Client books a Talent directly from their demo, without auditioning them first, for a script under 300 words, the first recording is covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee. If that recording isn't right for the job, the Client may, within seven days of paying and before a second recording has been delivered, choose another voice from the Website to record the same script at no extra charge.
When the guarantee is used, the first recording and any copies must be deleted and never used, and the Client confirms this in a short sign-off. The first recording is then treated as an unpaid audition for that Talent. A booking becomes confirmed as paid work once the Client asks for a second file, marks the job complete, or lets seven days pass.
The guarantee doesn't cover QUICKcast bookings, scripts of 300 words or more, or bookings where the Client had already auditioned the Talent. Re-records because a Talent didn't follow direction are handled under section 9 instead.
11. Rates, usage and licences
All rates on the rate page are for non-union voice over work and are determined by word count, with a ten word grace allowance before the next word count tier applies.
Broadcast and commercial use
For TV, radio and internet commercials, the rate page offers a one year licence, a two year licence, or a buyout in perpetuity. A licence starts on the date of recording. Broadcast reach (local, regional, national or international) is priced as shown on the rate page. Tags are priced per tag.
Non-broadcast use
For all other work (for example corporate, e-learning, explainer, narration, on-hold and audiobook recordings) the recording is sold as a buyout in perpetuity for the use the Client indicated.
Billing on what was actually recorded
Fees are calculated on the actual length or word count of the final recording delivered, not on the length of the finished production it will sit in. If a Client is producing a 120 second commercial but only needs a 10 second voice over, the Talent is booked and paid at the 10 second rate.
Additional use
Clients must indicate truthfully how the recording will be used, because that sets the fee. If a Client later wants to use a recording for a different purpose, medium, territory or period, they must pay the additional usage rate for the new use. Session fees are not charged again for additional usage. Using a recording in a medium or for a purpose that wasn't paid for is a breach of these terms: the Client must pay the additional usage rate plus a $200 administration fee, and until it's paid the use is unauthorised and we and the Talent may pursue take-down and copyright remedies.
Passing rights on to your own client
A Client such as an agency or producer may pass the usage rights in a recording on to its own end client within the scope of the original booking. The Client remains responsible for making sure the end client stays within the licence: the use, the duration and the territory. Passing on rights beyond the scope paid for may end the licence without refund, and the Client is liable for the breach.
Union work
Where a Client needs a member of a performers' union (for example SAG-AFTRA), The Voice Realm provides casting only. Fees follow union rates and are paid through the union paymaster, and the Client pays The Voice Realm a 10% platform fee through the paymaster. Delivery of the recording is then arranged between the Talent and the Client.
Spotify rate
The Voice Realm has an agreement with Spotify's production company to supply Talent at a negotiated rate of $175 for the first 30 second commercial and $75 for each additional commercial in the same booking, including up to six individual files as requested. By using the Website, Talent agree to record at that rate for those bookings.
12. AI, cloning and synthetic voices
No recording obtained through the Website, whether a demo, an audition, a casting take or a paid delivery, may be used to train, fine tune, clone, replicate or generate a synthetic voice, or as input to any artificial intelligence or machine learning system, without the explicit written consent of both the Talent and The Voice Realm. A rate page licence or a buyout in perpetuity covers use of the recording as recorded. It never includes any of these uses.
Where a Talent chooses to take part in a voice licensing or cloning programme run by The Voice Realm, that participation is governed by the separate written agreement they sign for it, which sets out the uses allowed, the pay, and how they can withdraw.
Everything a Talent uploads to the Website must be their own natural voice. Synthetic, cloned or AI-generated audio must not be uploaded as a demo, submitted as an audition, or delivered as a recording. Doing so may mean removal from the Website.
Demos and auditions can be played by Clients and visitors, because that is how a voice gets hired. We take reasonable steps to protect the audio on the Website and we act on every report we receive, but once a voice can be heard it can be copied, and we can't control what a person does with it afterwards. Talent accept that risk when they publish a demo. So while we'll help where we can, The Voice Realm can't be responsible if a third party clones, imitates, trains on or otherwise misuses a voice or recording taken from the Website. Section 16 sets out what we and you can do about it.
13. Payments by clients
Clients pay The Voice Realm the rate card price for the work booked, plus any fees shown at checkout, before recording begins. We may change the rate card at any time, but a change doesn't apply to a booking already in progress.
Currency
Rates are set in US dollars. If you choose to view prices in another currency, you'll be charged in that currency at our exchange rate on the day, rounded to a whole unit, and the amount shown at checkout is the amount you'll pay. Refunds are made in the currency you were charged in. We aren't responsible for fees or exchange differences applied by your card issuer or bank.
Platform fee
A platform fee of 3% of the project total is added at checkout to payments made by card or PayPal, and is shown before you pay.
Monthly accounts
Clients with an approved monthly account are invoiced for each period and must pay by the due date on the invoice. Overdue amounts attract interest of 1.5% per month, or the highest rate the law allows if that is lower. If an invoice is still unpaid a month after its due date, we may charge it to the payment method previously used on the account.
Refunds and chargebacks
Refunds are made under the cancellation rules in section 9 and the Satisfaction Guarantee in section 10. Please contact us before raising a dispute with your card issuer; a chargeback raised on a booking that was delivered as agreed is a breach of these terms.
14. Talent listings and payouts
Listing fees
Talent who buy a listing or subscription agree to pay the charges shown on their dashboard, including any applicable taxes and administrative fees, under the billing terms in effect at the time. Listing fees are non-refundable, except that new Talent subscribers who have completed their profile with demos and the other requested information within their first 30 days may ask for a refund within those 30 days. This doesn't apply to renewals.
Renewals are not automatic. To stay listed, Talent must renew each year themselves. Being listed, and paying a listing fee, doesn't guarantee any work through the Website.
Independent contractors
Talent are independent contractors, not employees, agents or partners of The Voice Realm. Talent must supply tax forms (such as a W-9, or the equivalent for non-US Talent) when we ask. Talent agree that their profile and demos may appear on any website The Voice Realm owns or operates.
Payouts
Talent are paid through PayPal, generally within 7 days of a job closing. Payment can take up to 45 days where we need to be sure the Client's payment has fully cleared. We aren't responsible for PayPal fees, currency conversion differences, or bank charges. We aren't liable to pay Talent for anything they negotiate directly with a Client (including revisions or production) unless the Client has prepaid it through the Website, and we aren't responsible for collecting money owed where Talent record beyond the timings in a booking that was prepaid and held on the Website.
15. Confidentiality
Scripts, briefs, unreleased recordings, business information and anything else that is plainly not public and is shared through the Website for a job is confidential. Each User agrees to use confidential information only for the job it was shared for, to keep it with at least the care they give their own confidential information, and not to disclose it to anyone who doesn't need it for that job. Talent must not share Client scripts with anyone.
Information isn't confidential if it's already public through no fault of the receiving party, was already known to them, or was independently developed or lawfully received from someone else.
We don't give Talent a Client's name, company or contact details. If a Talent learns who a Client is from a script, brief, reference file or the finished production, that is confidential too. Talent must not name a Client, or use the recording, the Client's name or the Client's brand to promote themselves, unless the Client has given written permission through The Voice Realm.
If a User is legally compelled to disclose confidential information, they'll give the owner prompt notice where permitted so the owner can seek protection, and will disclose only what they're required to. On request, a User will return or destroy the other party's confidential materials within five business days, except for copies kept under normal backup and record keeping, which stay confidential.
16. Misuse of content from the site
Recordings, demos, photos, scripts, text and other content on the Website are there for one purpose: so Clients can find, audition and hire voice Talent through the Website. You must not download, record, scrape, copy, extract or capture any audio, image or other content from the Website except where a feature of the Website is designed to let you (for example a Client downloading a recording they have paid for), and you must not use anything obtained from the Website for any purpose outside these terms, including to imitate, clone or train on a voice.
We do our best to look after what's on the Website. We keep an eye on how it's used, we act on every report we receive, and where someone misuses content we may suspend or close their account, pursue them ourselves, and give reasonable help to a Talent or Client who wants to pursue them.
Even so, we can't stop every determined person, and we can't be responsible for what someone does by misusing files, recordings, images, text or other content obtained from or through the Website, whether that person is a User or not, and whether it happens on or off the Website. That includes unauthorised use of a recording, use of an audition or demo in a finished production, cloning or imitation of a voice, and use of a script or brief. The person who misuses the content is responsible for it.
17. Copyright complaints and takedowns
You must not post, distribute or reproduce copyrighted material, trademarks or other proprietary information without the owner's permission. Content on the Website is supplied by Users, and we don't review it for rights clearance before it goes up.
If you believe your work has been used on the Website in a way that infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated copyright agent at info@thevoicerealm.com with "Copyright" in the subject line. To act on it we need: the work you say is infringed; where the material is on the Website (a link is best); your name, address, phone number and email; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by the owner, their agent or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature.
When we receive a valid notice we'll remove or disable access to the material promptly and tell the User who posted it. That User may send us a counter notice if they believe the material was removed by mistake or is lawfully used, and we'll handle it in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Users who repeatedly infringe other people's rights will have their accounts closed.
18. Ending this agreement
We may suspend or end your access to the Website immediately and without notice if you fail to pay anything when due, break these terms, or try to transfer your rights under them without our consent. If we do, you won't receive a refund for any unused listing period, licence, fee or content associated with your account.
19. Indemnity
In plain words: if something you upload or do lands us in a dispute, you cover the cost. Formally, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Voice Realm and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates and partners from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your use or misuse of the Website, content posted by you or through your account (including any claim that a demo, photo, script, brief or other material you supplied infringes someone's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights), anything you do with content obtained from the Website, or your breach of any representation you've made here. We may take over the defence of any matter you're indemnifying us for, at our expense, and you won't settle any such matter without our written consent. This section survives the end of this agreement.
20. Disclaimer of warranties
We work hard to keep the Website running well and to deal fairly with everyone on it. Even so, the law lets us set limits on what we promise, and this section and the next set them out.
You use the Website and its services at your own risk. They are provided "as is" and The Voice Realm disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, accurate or reliable, or that any content is safe to download. We aren't able to review content before it is posted and can't be responsible for the conduct of any User or third party, on or off the Website. Nothing on the Website is professional advice. The Voice Realm is not responsible for paying a Talent where a Client's payment turns out to be fraudulent.
Payment processing, live chat and some other features are provided by third parties under their own terms. We choose them with care, but we can't be responsible for their availability or conduct. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we don't control or endorse them.
Some jurisdictions don't allow implied warranties to be excluded, so parts of this section may not apply to you. The rest of these terms still apply.
21. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, The Voice Realm will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Website, the cost of substitute services, unauthorised access to your data, the conduct of any other User or third party, the misuse of any content obtained from the Website, or any other matter relating to the Website, even if we've been told such damages were possible.
Some jurisdictions don't allow liability to be limited in this way, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
22. Our rights, and other people's
The Voice Realm keeps all rights in the Website, its design, its own content, software, trademarks and other intellectual property. Nothing in these terms gives you any licence to use them beyond using the Website as intended, and you may not make commercial use of the Website or its content without our written consent.
Names, logos, brands, music and productions belonging to other people appear on the Website only because Users have supplied them, for example in a demo, a job posting or a testimonial, or to identify a job that was done. They belong to their owners. Their appearance doesn't mean the owner endorses The Voice Realm or anyone listed here, and The Voice Realm claims no copyright, trademark or other right in any of them.
23. Law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute connected with them or with the Website, are governed by the laws of the State of New York. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in New York County, New York. Any claim relating to the Website must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to it, or it is permanently barred.
24. General
- If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't waived it.
- We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as outages at a hosting, payment or telecoms provider, or events like natural disasters.
- You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours, for example if the business is sold, and will then be released from further obligation.
- These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and The Voice Realm about the Website, and replace any earlier terms.
- Questions about these terms can be sent to support@thevoicerealm.com.
